All stayCozy products are made-to-order and custom printed specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on non-defective items.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photo of the defect or damage
- Description of the issue
